Received a msg from an unknown party, Anna, who wrote 'please delete me from this mailing list' - it was a site called 'Bid for Less' Now I'm concerned that our comp. is being used to send spam to others. HELP me get rid of that please! and thank you!!

You computer may not be infected. Spammers will often use email spoofing so if a person clicks on a reply option in the spam, the reply goes to an innocent person rather than the spammer.

To be safe, try running several malware scanners. It is best to run several as each will pick up things that the others miss. Some scanners you can try are:
