When oening up the site "www.oneinmessiah.net" I get an error message about AC_RunActiveContent.js

Using IE8 I get no error message and the page opens correctly.

Do I need to download this java script file and install it on my PC?

Yes.
That script is needed to create the embed code for Firefox of two Flash objects.
If JavaScript disabled then it works with the noscript tag.

<script src="AC_RunActiveContent.js" language="javascript"></script>

<script language="javascript">
if (AC_FL_RunContent == 0) {
alert("This page requires AC_RunActiveContent.js.");

I fixed the problem but not sure how. I checked for some Windows updates and one was for Silverlight there were also some security updates for c++. I did the updates and restarted the computer then went to the web sight with the problem and had no more problem. I also updated Adobe. Not sure if this is of any help seem to be working so far.
