I cannot use Google earth and I believe it has something to do with Firefox.

Every time I download Google Earth, I can not use it. I believe Firefox's firewall is blocking me to connect. Don't really know, but I would like to use this Google Earth. I have added it to the allowed sites and everything!

You are mistaken about Firefox having a firewall. Firefox is just a web browser and does not contain a firewall, it can not block other programs. If it is a firewall blocking Google Earth, you need to establish what firewall you are using and ask the support/customer services for that firewall.
