Bookmarks toolbar empty but "Bookmarks Toolbar" folder (including bookmarks within) still exists in Bookmarks Library. How do I get the bookmarks back on the Bookmarks Toolbar?

more options

Before you ask: "Bookmarks Toolbar" is checked under "Firefox > Options" and it's visible, but it's only an empty blue bar. All the bookmarks are gone and I can't add any bookmarks to it.

The actual bookmarks are still in the correct folder ("Bookmarks Toolbar") in the "Library" (Ctrl+Shift+B), but they're completely gone from the actual toolbar.

Problem persists while all Add-ons disabled.

Reset the toolbar customizations. Firefox button > options > Toolbar layout > press the 'restore default set' button.

Apparently, while moving around buttons on the Navigation Toolbar, I accidentaly dragged "Bookmarks Toolbar Items" off the Bookmarks Toolbar. I didn't even know you could do that.

To fix it, I just went to "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout..." and dragged it back from the "Customize Toolbar" interface.

Wow that's a new one - I didn't know that was possible either!
