I keep getting message docs\settings\user\application dataetc\gi79pdz5.default\blocklist.xml is corrupt and unreadable

as i said I keep getting this message with a yellow triangle and a balloon with this message docs settings\user\application data\mozilla\firefox\profiles\gi79pdz5.default\blocklist.xml is corrupt and unreadable please run chkdsk utility. which I have done on several occasions but it still comes up when I am on the internet after a few minutes xp is on this computer this message comes up but everything still seems to work ok.

Did you try to remove that file from the Firefox Profile Folder

Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder

yes I did put in a search on my computer and deleted the file but I think it is a file that is updated every time firefox opens having looked at the error console I think it is something to do with the yahoo toolbar and the error message came up again but everything still works ok so i just close the message, thanks for your reply.
