What were they thinking - moving reload button onto address bar in FF4?
Firefox 4 now has, what is for me, one of the most hated features of IE. Why did they move the reload button onto the right of the address bar, away from the back and forward buttons? It doesn't make sense to have it there. Why separate the three most used buttons where the are easily accessed together? The reload button's click area is half the size. Inteface designers have to reload pages a lot.

I am sure there will be a discussion somewhere about the reasoning behind the changes. I have no idea whether the change is a whim of the designers, or something many users have provided feedback about or requested changes.
The layout is customisable, it is easy to place separate buttons where you want them. Right click a blank area of the toolbar and select customise / customize.
- Or use firefox button -> Options -> Toolbar Layout
You can drag and drop buttons as you want, note the order of the stop and reload buttons makes a difference as to whether or not they combine.
