Web servers need to send all required intermediate certificates.

The "elearning.louisville-redcross.org" server doesn't send the "Network Solutions Certificate Authority" certificate.

If Firefox hasn't stored that intermediate certificate from a visit in the past to website that has send it then you will get the untrusted error message.
