I have Kaspersky 2011 Internet Security on an Acer Labtop. My problem is that I can't download any software from the internet using firefox. I have windows 7 on my labtop and neither my internet explorer nor my firefox can download anything. When I download something the download window opens but when I click on the downloaded file it can not locate it. I also have a desktop and I have windows xp on that and Kaspersky 2011 Internet Security and firefox allows me to download files perfectly there. Is it firefox, my operating system, or my internet security thats the problem because my internet explorer 64 bit on my labtop lets me download software but its kind of a pain to have to switch browers just to download something.
