Any of the following:

  • Tap the ALT key or the F10 key, the Menu Bar will temporarily display, while it is displayed, you can click any item on the Menu Bar. To make the Menu Bar permanent, click View > Toolbars, click Menu Bar to place a check mark and make the Menu Bar permanent.
  • Click the Firefox button, click Options, click Menu Bar to place a check mark and make it permanent.
