I keep getting a gray outlined box with suggesting to update Firefox 6.0.2 and it comes up often. Is that really Firefox or a bug?

The gray box says this:

Update Available A security and stability update for Firefox is available

Firefox 6.0.2 It is strongly recommended that you apply this update for Firefox as soon as possible.

You seem to have version 5 which is not safe. It's better if you could update to version 6.0.2, which is the recommended latest version.
