After installing FlashPlayerPlugin_11_9_900_117.exe with the downloaded install file install_flashplayer11x32_mssd_aih.exe when I open Firefox and go to another tab I get this error message: The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000710) occurred in the application at location 0x.......... (this is different each time) Click OK to terminate the program. I do this and everything seems to work OK but I keep getting the error message each time I open Frirefox and move to different pages. What can I do to fix this problem?

Try removing Adobe Flashplayer from your computer.
Then reinstall it.

Please report back soon.

Thank you for your prompt reply I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it twice, but still no luck. I haven't yet tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. Should I do this? If I do should I uninstall Adobe first, then Firefox and then reinstall Firefox before Adobe in that order?

Hi - I've just uninstalled Flash Player 11.9 and installed archived version 11.8.800.168 as advised in your FixNow Support. At 72 years of age I find having to put things like this right on my laptop is usually most confusing, but it has solved the problem simply and easily! Thank you so much!
