I have a new Macbook Air. I downloaded Firefox in order to view coarse work. The videos will not open - the message I get is "Loding the player" I downloaded Java, tried disable other plugins - help. It worked fine on my other devices - IMac and Macbook Pro. Something must be wrong with how I downloaded this browser. Help!!

Many sites use the Adobe Flash Player for videos. If you haven't downloaded it yet, you can get it here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ -- note: be careful to uncheck any unwanted extras offered during the download/install process.

If Flash already is installed, is it set to "Never Activate"? You can check on the Add-ons page:

Tools menu > Add-ons > in the left column click Plugins
