When opening my browser, I have News.com.au and google.com.au as book marks which open automatically, the error message appears. Also happens on any site that video clips are watched on.

You have both of those websites set as your Homepages.

browser.startup.homepage: http://www.news.com.au/|http://www.google.com.au/

You could use Restore to Default and use the default homepage of about:home and then load those websites from your bookmark for those pages.
