Just been upggraded to v27.

I start a Youtube video - either in situ or in another tab - and the video plays normally. However, the audio for that video persists after navigate BACK or close the new tab, respectively. The audio only stops after I navigate out of that particular "instance" of Youtube altogether.

Any ideas? Only started happening after the 26->27 update.

This could be problem with communicating with that instance of the plugin-container process.

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
