When I reply to an email, I cannot change the ink color... Sometimes I like to have some of the words a different color, and that feature does not work on replies... only on new emails..

Are you talking about the text in the email or the color of the email answered?

If you want to change the color of the text of the email, Open a new Message and in the Formatting bar you can see two square the first is the text color the second is the background color

Diego, I was talking abut changing the color of the EMAIL ANSWERED... Thanks for your reply, but it doesn't solve my problem..

There is a bug... simple as that. I understand if you use to colour picker from the format menu you can get it to work.
