When I try to use Google Chrome with FireFox installed my computer slows down and also crashes. How can I use both together?
I have tried several times to use Firefox and Google Chrome on my computer at the same time. When I do the computer runs slow, page scrolling is erratic, and occasionally it will crash. If I uninstall Chrome the computer returns to normal. How can I fix this issue?

Hey, Thank you for your question. It sounds like it could be a number of things. It will depend on how you are using them and how many resources that either browser is taking up. If you are curious about how to test the two please have fun and tell us what you think.
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox (you need to close and restart Firefox).
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You can do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
