the newest firefox 29.0 screws up my url line with goofy characters

I've seen this question elsewhere but no good answers. I'm posting a screen shot so you can see what I've got for address line now...not on all sites but on many. I tried disabling the personas (which I had been using). I need the url line so I can send links to other people. I DO NOT need 2 lines of goofy tools...help?I want to attach the screen shot but I don't see how to so far

hello bobbibowman, that's caused by a bug in the RSS Icon 1.0.6 extension that you have installed but is apparently no longer maintained.
