Hello,
From your crash report it looks to be caused by a rlls.dll. Some web searches show that this is likely some form of adware (RelevantKnowledge).
Did you download Firefox from the official Mozilla site? Sometimes if you search on Google or any search provider, they sometimes have "Advertised links" which are sometimes Firefox bundles that have been slightly modified/shipped with malicious software.
If you did download from a different website and believe that to be the cause, you can report the link here:
Check your list of install programs in Windows - Control Panel > Programs and Features. Usually malware comes bundled with other applications, so if you sort by date and see several applications installed at the same day, it may be easier to find suspicious applications that way.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- AdwCleaner (for more info, see this alternate AdwCleaner download page)
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- Anti-Rootkit Utility - TDSSKiller
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
Did this fix your problems? If not, try posting in a forum specializing in malware removal:

Thanks CoryMH, big time! It did helped. I've removed the RelevantKnowledge thing and scanned for malware with one of the software you recomended. I had a lot of them... Now firefox is fine.
I don't remember where I've downloaded this latest version of it, but if it wasn't from the official site probably it was from a link provided by Glary Utilities software.
Thank you, again!
If you are not sure whether you downloaded Firefox from Mozilla or not, it might be safer to reinstall in case the application had been modified. First, back up your essential files by following this article in case something happens to your profile (uninstalling Firefox will not delete your Firefox profile unless you tell it to during the uninstall):
- Recovering important data from an old profile
- See these extensions if you want to back up your extensions and their preferences:
- If you want another bookmarks backup (note, copying the places.sqlite file will already back up your bookmarks):
Uninstall Firefox from the Control Panel and you should be prompted whether you want to remove your personal information - do not remove them unless you want to use your back up files. Delete the Mozilla Firefox folder:
- C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\
Then in another browser, download and install a fresh copy from:
Always download software from the official sites to avoid bundled software which generally contain malicious applications. You can always update Firefox by going to:
- Help (or > ) > About Firefox
And/or change your update settings in:
- Tools (or ) > Options > Advanced > Update
