Hi,

When I try to access Apple's support page, there's a 'Welcome back - do you have the same problem as last time?' dialogue box that I can't get past. No matter what I press (Yes or No), the page refreshes and the box comes back.

I have deleted my cache, and gone through every step I can with Apple support over the phone, but the issue still occurs.

What's the problem?

Hi, you say you've cleared your cache, but that problem is more likely to be caused by a cookie, so open Options/Preferences (cog wheel) - in the 3-bar menu unless you've moved it, > Privacy tab (Show Cookies), then scroll through and remove any Apple cookies.

If your question is resolved by this or any other answer, please take a minute to let us know.

Hi Scribe,

Thanks, but nah -- I have done that, too. I went through all of the obvious stuff with the Apple support guy, and I'm confident that we took care of all of that kind of stuff.

That's why I want to ask Mozilla what the problem might be, because it doesn't seem to be originating (at least not obviously) from my computer.

God knows, though, I'm not an expert.
