I have been able to connect to Blackberry BES server here at my company on previous versions of Firefox (34 and previous). Now with version 38 I get "ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap". I've tried all the solutions on support site but have not had any luck.

Had same problem on Internet Explorer but there was a registry fix that corrected that problem.

hi cfgames, Thank you for your question, I understand that you are getting the cypher overlap error. In the new version of Firefox ssl3 should be blocked and OSCP is enabled. Please make sure that the cypher that is being used on the site is supported. To find which one needs to be turned on do this;

  1. Open the site in an earlier version of FIrefox or another browser and take a look at the page info. It will have a security tab or an option to view the certificate.
  2. What encryption is being used? Match this encryption in about:config to troubleshoot which one is not supported.

It would also help to contact the server admin to make sure that the cypher being used is compatible with FIrefox.
