I recently installed Advance Care program. After that I had several problems with my computer. The one I am writing about is that every page I visit is automatically saved to bookmarks. And some that I want bookmarked disappear. How can I fix it?

Soluzione scelta

Hi

I would recommend that you remove the Advanced System SystemCare Surfing Protection add-on from Firefox. Previous versions have been blocked by Mozilla as they can be stealthy installed and is therefore untrusted.

I suggest that (as a first step) you follow this walk-through to remove the add-on.

If this does not solve the problem, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

I have this problem as well and to my knowledge I have no plug-ins installed. Nor do I have the Advanced System SystemCare Surfing Protection add-on installed. Why does this keep happening?
