I config my email account in thunderbird (imap server) and it syncronize all folder in email account but inbox folder d'ont show any new or older emails and windows live mail show emails in inbox folder.

You run an ancient version of Thunderbird, the most recent version is 38.5.0. It's recommended you upgrade to the latest version.

You can try to delete the IMAP account, restart Thunderbird, and then re-create the account.
