Hello. I'm having issues on Firefox for couple months. My issue is lags with scrolling: when i scroll down there is random lag appear like CPU spike and then I get scroll with stuttering. This doesn't appear always. This is randomly, but happens quite often to annoy me enough and almost complete destroyed all my nerves. I even started feeling that lags are my imagination.

What I have tried so far: 1) Resetting Firefox - didn't helped 2) Safe mode - didn't helped 3) Disable HW Acceleration - no difference, but I think its happen less often (but that also can be my imagination) 4) Enable / Disable Smooth Scrolling - no difference (normally I work without smooth scrolling) 5) I even tried complete uninstall Firefox with all subfolder and stuff and installed again - no difference 6) Tried Firefox 43 and 45 - no difference

With addons or without it doesn't matter. Lags appear even on freshly installing firefox so I'm kinda lost. Nobody I've asked doesn't have this issue so I really don't know what to thing. Google won't show any results for similar issue, so I think I might be the one...

I have Windows 7 SP1 64x with all updates and Logitech G100S mouse if its matter. Please ask for any additional details if you need.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
