New Version of Firefox
Several days ago I found that a "new version of Firefox" has been automatically downloaded, and once again, I'm having problems with Flash Player. How can I STOP Firefox from auto-updating? Also, after uninstalling Flash Player, and attempting to install a new version, i STILL get message Adobe Flash Player 21.0 r0 has stopped working. My options are, "close program", or "check online for a solution", which results in a loop of messages, saying Flash has stopped working, check for solution?"

Type about:preferences#advanced<enter> in the address bar.
Under Advanced, Select Update. Check the settings.
It would be safer to try to fix FlashPlayer issues or use an alternative browser with FlashPlayer. It puts your data and System at risk using out dated no longer secure versions of Firefox.

Looking at your list of Plugins you do not even seem to have Flashplayer installed on Firefox. I think the messages may be comming from Windows rather than from Firefox. It may help if you completely uninstall FlashPlayer using Adobe's utility, then install it again. Also note many sites no longer need FlashPlyer YouTube by default now offers HTML5 videos.
