Did you have any issue with connecting to Sync after that reformat? Like maybe you requested a new Password?

No not any issue with connecting just i have reset password before signup in new firefox.

Your data was wiped from the Sync server as a result of that password reset.

Overall, Sync was never intended to serve as a backup medium for reformatting a PC.

So now how i get my firefox data?

Sorry, you don't - your data was deleted when the Password was changed.

That password was used to encrypt your data as it left your PC and while it was sitting on the server; without the password from which the encryption keys (2 - kA & kB) were created that data is useless, as now there's no way to decrypt it. Resetting your password was a "fatal" action.

What about other PC's that may have been connected to that same Sync account?

No no, Not other PC, Actually I have format the PC and reinstall all Application and firefox and try to login with my account details but i forgot the password so i reset and login it and i show i not receive my previous saved data, Its story of my Firefox All data loss.

So let me know how to retrieve the old data?

When you do not remember the password of the Sync account and thus would have to request a new password then this will reset all data stored on the Sync server. This happens because this password is used to encrypt the data, so only that original password can decrypt the content on the server. In that case it won't matter what email address you would use to set up Sync on the new computer because the original data is lost anyway. That is how Sync works and should always make sure that you do not forget the name (email) and password of the Firefox account you used.

You would need a backup of the Firefox profile folder to recover your personal data.
