Thunderbird beta download location
On the Thunderbird 60.x Release Notes page, the download link under "Try Thunderbird Beta" points to the "release" build download site, not the beta download site.

Good point, To get to correct place...if you then select the 'Thunderbird ' link at top of page you will then find the 'Beta' link. https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/channel/

Where can I download Thunderbird beta and choose the 64 bit and choose my language? Thank You

- Then click on 'Systems & Languages' link which is just below the 'Thunderbird Beta' download button.

Just had a thought, you mention 64 bit. This link will get you to verion 60.0b10
Or so you are not on Beta channel see http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/60.0/win64/
The Win64 Tb 60.0 is not considered an officially supported Release yet though.
