why same bookmarks keep on adding to bookmark bar everyday in Firefox

Every day , the bookmark bar just keep on adding always registered bookmark even though most of them I have not used in previous day . For example : Movies -Google-Google- Distributors( folder name)- Drama Q-Distributors (folder name)-TV&Movie Sties (folder name )-TV7 Movie Sites (folder name )

IN THE ABOVE EXAMPLE THERE ARE TWO REPEATED BOOKMARK ,NAMELY GOOGLE AND TWO TV&MOVIE SITES FOLDERS NEXT TO ONE ANOTHER .

Every day , the bookmark bar just keep on adding always registered bookmark even though most of them I have not used in previous day .
