I want to sync selective sections of sync on different devices but login data sync on all devices. Is it possible?

I have two desktops, a laptop and an android phone. (Currently not using FF on Android but looking forward to start with shortly.) All are installed FF and synced with my account. But specifically I don't want to sync plugins/addons on my laptop but whereas want to sync plugins/addons sync on other two desktops. My issue is if I deselect the addon/plugins in synced data settings, it got deselected from both desktops too. My idea is to have selection of what to sync should be independent to each device.

I realized this issue after I made clean install of Win10 to my one of desktop and when added my sync account. Found no addons were synced and realized that the change was made to laptop and it reflected to all devices and all devices have stopped syncing of addons/plugins.

Not possible the way that sync is set up.
