Hello I recently installed firefox on my mac, however mistakenly through a DMG file. I have also installed metamask, a plugin. However the data wasnt stored. Is there a way to retrieve the data as I have also lost my seed phrase (crypto wallet).

Is Metamask installed on any other devices that have your account unlocked? If so you can recover the phrase from there.

Nope this is brand new wallet and is not sync between devices. I should have been more careful and saved the seed phrase. I have to feedback that the installation process for Firefox on Mac is a bit wonky (either that or I'm a noob)!
