Unable to use MyHeritage since firefox 100.0 on mac
I experience the exact same issue as [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../1311714] since I've updated to Firefox 100 on macOS.
E.g. I get a page not fully loaded.
myheritage.fr works fine in private browsing and on iOS.
I tried to reload the page bypassing the cache and force a fresh retrieval: Mac=Command+Shift+R
It works "fine" for the current page. However, when I go to another page of the website then the new page gets broken.
I also tried to :
- Clear cache and local storage
- Deactivate plugins and themes
- Change the Network.dns.disablePrefetch value
- Change the dom.storage.next_gen value
- Use the safe mode
- Use the recovery option
None of the above work. Not to mention that the website works well in private browsing and on safari.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

- How to clear the Firefox cache {web link}
It didn't solve the issue.
Furthermore I've downloaded Firefox ESR and tried to connect to www.myheritage.fr
The website seems to work well at first sight but gets broken just after logging in.
I experience the issue only with firefox for macOS (not safari, not firefox on iOS or Windows 11). I've tried to deactivate my antivirus. Performed a full scan.
This is the only impacted website.
If this does not help, I will call for more help.
Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox {web link}
Remove a single website from your history {web link}
Open the History Manager <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any site settings And Passwords.
Hi hare-emi, I'm on mac as well. I've just tried the site, and it works fine here. Your Firefox settings and info are kept in a folder separate from the Firefox program, called your profile folder. Try creating a test profile, to see if the problem still occurs there. To create a test profile, use the instructions at Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles.
