You need to un-check "Work Offline" (click it to check or un-check). Do one of the following:

  • Firefox button > Web Developer >Work Offline
  • File > Work Offline (if using the Menu Bar)
  • ALT+F+W (check or un-checks without display; reverses current checked/un-checked state)
