I just tried with my account and I received the reset email just fine within a couple of seconds. It shows a huge blue button with "Reset password". Do you see that? If not, can you please post a screenshot showing the email you got?

Can you try copying and pasting the link into Firefox?

I now get the e-mail welcoming me. I can not copy a non-existing link. The e-mail lists a link that says "Reply Here" or something to that effect. But there is no link attached to the phrase. If I run the cursor over it all that shows as a link is http// So I never get the opportunity to confirm my account and make necessary changes as to how I want the sync to go. Any suggestions.

Sorry, are we talking about the welcome email or the password reset email because you mentioned both?

Sorry, both I guess, but I believe the password reset is the one at the moment, maybe if I can reset password than I can get the rest done.

Thank you, the link that was not there yesterday is there today, why I don't know but everything appears to be working correctly and I was able to log into Firefox and work the sync programs. My thanks for your help
