Hi bvnglvdesh, Thank you for your question. At this time there is a new sync that came out with the latest version of Firefox.

Please make sure that the old account was not set up on the old sync. Sync your Firefox bookmarks, history, passwords and more and How do I set up Sync on my computer?

What's the domain name for your email?

Like gmail.com. I have seen one report of a problem with .eu domains mentioned here.
