hello peter, please see Common questions after updating to Firefox version 29.

if you need any particular help in adjusting the new interface we'll be glad to help, but in case you just want to leave feedback please use https://input.mozilla.org/feedback instead, since a support forum isn't the right place for that.

To what Firefox version are you referring?

You appear to be using a Firefox 18 version. Did you downgrade to that version?

Please update to the current Firefox 31 release.

  • Help > About Firefox

The Firefox version that you currently run is no longer supported with security updates.

  • It is important to update Firefox and add-ons to the latest version to get all security fixes.

Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

  • Shockwave Flash 12.0 r0

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
