How do I make the Tab key move the cursor from field to field?
My "tab" key does not move the cursor from field to field when filling out customer or vendor online forms. Can anyone help activate this key?

F7 toggles Caret browsing on / off.

You can check the accessibility.tabfocus preference on the about:config page and make sure that it has the default value. You can reset user set (bold) prefs via the right-click context menu to the default value.
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
