I am trying to download mozilla fox onto my computer and it will not finish downloading. It either says it download interrupted or download corrupt.

Sorry to hear that.
If you haven't already, could you try downloading the "full" installer from this page (scroll down to your preferred language):
https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
That is much larger than the "stub" installer but doesn't need to connect back to Mozilla for additional files, so sometimes works better.
Note that Firefox 32.0.3 has been released.
Try this:
- Download the full Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
