How do I delete my Sync account as it causes me problems on my computer since i started using it.

Since I started using the sync account it just puts up a Newblack Tab which doesn't do anything and I have to mess around deleting the tab before I can use Firefox. I would like to delete my Sync Account but can't find anyway to do so. I tried deleting Firefox and reinstalling but it still has SYnc attached.

hello Wubbersideup, you can go to the firefox menu ≡ > options > sync & disconnect your account from there. in addition if you want to totally close an account you can do so at https://accounts.firefox.com/delete_account ...

On either of the methods mention I couldn't see any means of deleting Sync or the account. I did say that on this computer Sync doesn't work. I need the system deleted by the owners of Mozilla. To whom I'm unable to make contact through a customer support system. When I try to go to the delete_account email address delete_account automatically reverts to sign_in. So in truth I'm getting nowhere with these suggestions.
