Youtube safety mode won't turn off

Firefox will not turn off safety mod. I've tried switching over to Firefox safe mode, it still happens.

Installed plugins:

  • Shockwave Flash 15.0 r0
  • Google Update
  • McAfee MSC FF plugin DLL
