TB was quick and responsive for a few months, now it constantly says "not responding" for about 60 seconds for every email to load.

Used to be "ready" within seconds and I could click from email to email with no delay. Now, every email takes up to a minute because TB says "not responding". Then the email displays. But when you click the next email, same thing. So instead of clicking rapidly through emails it takes ten minutes to view ten emails. I have not changed operating systems or upgraded my computer but I have allowed windows updates to install. Always have.

Personally I recommend you contact McAfee support so they can fix your installation. (They log in remotely and make the changes for you)
