I am trying to download and install Firefox on a company computer. The install begins but seems to hang in one spot. The screen says "Downloading Firefox, One moment Firefox will launch as soon as the upgrade is complete." It is there in a perpetual state of downloading and never launches.

hello JuliaAK, please see if it is working correctly with the full installer instead that can be obtained from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
