My crashed computer is back up and have my Firefox bookmarks, many in folders, in my documents library under favorites (windows 7). Can't find a way to get the folders back into the Firefox bookmark library. I see how to do the individual bookmarks, but not the folders i created to organize the bookmarks. Thanks.

Hey BadPenny,

The Favorites folder within your user profile (C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Favorites) is where Internet Explorer stores its favorites. You should be able to import them into Firefox, take a look at this article Import Bookmarks and other data from Microsoft Edge

Let us know if that solves your problem.

The bookmark folders are not in Internet Explorer, but rather my documents library.

You would have to export that folder to an HTML file and import this file in Firefox to get the bookmark appear in Firefox.

You could copy that folder to the IE Favorites folder and use IE to create the HTML backup if this is a real folder on disk.
