This is at the top of my screen right underneath where you type in the url, and I don't know how to get rid of it. It only seems to be there when I am a certain website. Sometimes I see stuff like this when a page is loading but then it goes away.

Which websites are affected?
It is a long shot but try disabling your Virtual Keyboard plug-in.
I tried disabling it and then restarting firefox but the plugins are still activated. I got the extension for virtual keyboard disabled but it won't let me set the plug-in to "never activate"
I reset Firefox because for the last month or so it's been telling me that by doing so I can solve some problems with FF. I was able to disable the virtual keyboard in the plugins and the extensions. It didn't seem to get rid of the weird thing though.
