Firefox lagging with IDM, Videos Glitching

Hi, I am using firefox and its the best browser in speed and other functionality, but i am facing a problem with IDM when i download any file type the firefox becomes laggy for a while, also when i watch videos in any website it shows glitched videos frequently... plz help..

First thing that sticks out is that there is a version of flash that might be unstable or not official. Currently flag is only stable on version 17. Yours says 18.

There is also an update that fixes some issues with hardware acceleration. Try safe mode first.safe
