Hi Firefox for Android does not come with a pop up blocker included, but you should be able to find an add-on that will help you [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/find-and-install-add-ons-firefox-android here]. I recommend you type "pop-up" into the search box on the add-on directory page to help point you in the right direction.
