Is there an actual support person I can call at Mozilla to help me with managing/fixing and email email groups?

In my address book, I've created groups. I want to add a new person to one of those groups. to do so I have to double click on the group name right? Then I enter the email address and click ok, then close it. When I go back and click on address book and then click on the particular group, to the right is the list and that new contact does not appear in that list, but it does appear if I double click on the actual list on the left. Why doesn't it appear in both places?

There is no phone support. The Contact has to exist in the address book you create the list in. Select the Contact and drag and drop them on the list folder.

Just to keep the terminology correct there are address books and mailing lists that you create in those books. There are no groups.
