I read that the best way to transfer bookmarks to my new computer was with a thumb drive - unless I was transferring from Windows XP to Windows 10. What do I need to do?

My question is related to what problems, if any, are related to transferring bookmarks from Windows XP to Windows 10????

I don't know if there would be any problems, unless the storage formats are not the same.
