Why does Firefox not allow Sony's PM photosoftware to install itself?

downloading is permitted but just at the end of the installing process it's stopped anouncing that ' the browser is not allowing installation,, a message will be send when this problem is solved'. This message does not arrive. So far.

Firefox does not really install software, unless you are asking about extensions designed for Firefox, and its own updates.

Firefox as a web browser; browses the internet, and is able to download software installation files.

Look at your Widows 7 Operating System for answers, or maybe your Security software. You will need to look elsewhere for assistance with Windows problems. That is outside the scope of our forum, but the following link may help you:
