Hello, my domain is on the block tracker list, i didn't know when or how this got on, how can I attempt to get it removed?

our domain is on the block tracker list. I'm not sure when this got on there but I'd like to attempt to get it removed. Has anyone also ran into this and if so how do you work with Monzilla to get it removed. This is causing our websites to not render correctly.
