Firefox 45.0.2 crashes when printing

Hi guys,

FF crashes when I try and print any web document or PDF.

I've tried everything from similar threads including: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-printing-problems-firefox and starting in safe mode, but can't seem to resolve this.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Thanks for the quick response. I'm not able to upgrade to the latest version of FF unfortunately.

Hi firefock5, Thank you for your question, I understand that your Firefox is crashing when you are trying to print. I do not have a bunch of information about the bug, but I can recommend these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure there are no pending updates in Mac OS X 10.x
  2. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT203343 take these steps to troubleshooting
