I wanted to reply to a tech person guigs. I cannot log into my account, even after resetting the password many times. Can you provide an email to send my reply
My account is under my email khirsch1 at mac com. I had to create a new account to be able to ask this question. I can't get into my account and I'm not sure how to get to the page with my question that guigs responded to. I will attach again the documents that she requested which I had provided in my original inquiry.

Getting utility error and when I open the console, it indicates Firefox is the problem.
"Utility error pops up every few minutes on my desktop. I asked an Apple tech person about this. He told me to contact Firefox, because it looks like the problem stems from this application. I uninstalled and reinstalled Firebox, but the problem persists. Please advise."

Hi khirsch, So I took a look at the account, and it is not suspended here in the forums. However it is different, what I might recommend is using this link to reset your password https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/use.../pwreset
Please let me know if it is not in a spam filter.
